I ordered the sign as a gift for my husband. The order was filled promptly, but packaged so poorly that the post office lost it. I emailed EZ Street Signs and got no response! I spoke to my mail carrier and my post master. They contacted the PO where the company is located and were told that this happens all the time with the EZ Street Signs products because they are small and not packaged to ship well. My order FINALLY arrived 21 days after it was shipped. The shipping issue is a direct result of the poor packaging; I would rather pay more for shipping and receive my product in a timely fashion than wait 3 weeks and have to chase it around the postal system. I also would have appreciated a return email with a little assistance from the company who lack in their shipping. My husband was pleased with his gift, but many people wasted many hours searching for it which could have been avoided with better packaging & a response (and assistance to check their local PO) from EZ Street Signs.
